Apple just unveiled the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, which are made of aerospace-grade titanium that is both solid and lightweight, making them the lightest Pro models yet.

Apple's A17 Pro: A New Generation of iPhone Silicon
The A17 Pro, the industry’s first 3-nanometer chip, powers the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The A17 Pro improves the whole processor, including the most significant GPU upgrade in Apple’s history. With microarchitectural and design enhancements, the new CPU is up to 10% quicker, and the neural engine is now up to 2x faster, enabling features like autocorrect and Personal Voice in iOS 17.
With a revolutionary 6-core architecture that boosts peak performance and energy efficiency, the pro-class GPU is up to 20% quicker and enables totally new experiences. The Phone 15 Pro has better visuals and more engaging AR apps and gaming experiences.
A dedicated AV1 decoder is included in the A17 Pro, allowing for more efficient, high-quality video experiences. A new USB controller also supports USB 3 speeds on the iPhone for the first time, allowing for greatly faster download speeds and video output up to 4K at 60 fps in HDR.
A Pro Camera System with More Creative Control
The A17 Pro powers the equivalent of seven pro lenses in the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The 48MP primary camera, designed specifically for the Pro series, provides consumers with even more options, including a new 24MP super-high-resolution default.
Users may adjust between three popular focal lengths on the primary camera: 24 mm, 28 mm, and 35 mm. In addition to 48MP ProRAW photos, the primary camera offers 48MP HEIF photographs at four times the resolution.
The iPhone 15 Pro Max has a large 3x telephoto camera and the largest optical zoom ever on an iPhone: 5x at 120 mm.
