ZTE Philippines and Converge ICT have strengthened their collaboration by introducing Wi-Fi 7 ONU, the first wireless solution in Southeast Asia, for the first time.

The Wi-Fi7 ONU, the first to be introduced in Southeast Asia, was formally unveiled by ZTE Corporation (0763.HK/000063.SZ), a major worldwide provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions, and Converge ICT Solutions Inc., its fiber broadband provider.
With the theme “Unfolding the Intelligent Future,” the unveiling took place during the recently concluded ZTE Day exhibition. ZTE also displayed a wide range of ICT products and solutions during the exhibition, including 5G wireless, transmission, fixed networks, maintenance solutions, and terminals.
In his opening address, Mr. Huang Lisheng, Chief Marketing Officer of ZTE Southeast Asia MKT Department, stressed ZTE’s ongoing partnership with Philippine operators, emphasizing the development of ICT infrastructure and widening the use cases for digital intelligence. Mr. Lisheng reaffirmed ZTE’s dedication to providing customers with an improved network experience.
Additionally, Mr. Lisheng communicated that the company would maintain its strong partnership with Converge, concentrating on building ICT infrastructure and broadening the use cases for digital intelligence in order to provide Converge’s clients with an enhanced network experience.
After the release of Wi-Fi 7, ZTE and Converge will work together to make this breakthrough technology more widely available for purchase in the upcoming years, greatly promoting the advancement of local network infrastructure. By giving Converge CPE products, ZTE continues to play an important role as a major partner.Â
