Our local smartphone brand, Cherry Mobile just improved its after-sales service. They announced on their Facebook page and press release that they extended the replacement and service warranty.
A usual replacement period is only 7 days, but Cherry Mobile just extended it to 128 days. While the normal warranty service period only lasts up to 12 months. And, Cherry Mobile devices now get 18 months of service warranty.
Elias Landong Jr., AVP for Sales of Cherry Mobile said “We’ve always been thankful to our loyal customers for the continuous support they’ve shown for the brand. Their unyielding support has fueled the brand all these years. And by extending our replacement period to 128 days, we want to show how we value our customers by sharing this good news.”
This new after-sales service covered all their devices such as their Android phones, basic phones, and even Flare fitness watches. Besides, they also indicated that their products are worth buying and guaranteed in quality.
This is a great initiation for a company because it gives assurance to all the customers who valued every penny. We hope that other competitors do the same, especially this time because of the current pandemic.
