Alodia Gosiengfiao leaves Tier One Entertainment
On November 23, the cosplayer and gamer stated on Facebook that she was leaving the firm because its ambitions and ideals did not coincide with hers.
“It is with a heavy heart that I bid Tier One Entertainment farewell. The journey we shared in building the company has been both challenging and rewarding. However, it has become evident that our visions and values are not aligned. I am grateful for the experiences, relationships, and accomplishments we’ve achieved together,” Gosiengfiao said.
Meanwhile, the gaming and esports talent agency thanked Alodia for her efforts for the company, adding they would not be where they are without her.
Tier One Entertainment mentioned in the statement, “You are an unwavering beacon of excellence, and continue to be an inspiration to cosplayers, content creators, and our industry as a whole.”
“We are truly grateful for the time and dedication you have given us over the years. In the Philippines and around the world, you are undeniably one of one. It is essential for everyone to find a place where their values align and their vision can flourish.”
“We wish you all the best in your next chapter and hope you find that place, both professionally and within your beautiful growing family,” the statement ended.
Together with entrepreneur Brian Lim and esports veteran Tryke Gutierrez, Alodia established Tier One Entertainment in 2017. The business handles content creators for both its own brand and AMPLFY, a group of streamers. Under the Blacklist International esports banner, they oversee professional esports teams as well.
