The price of the Smart UNLI DATA now is PHP 199 for unlimited data for 7 days, while PHP 499 for 30 days unlimited data. It is a big gap between its original price of PHP 99 and PHP 299.

As of writing, the unlimited data promo in the Smart Bro costs PHP 899 for 30 days. It is more expensive, but still very useful especially if you are a heavy internet user.
Moreover, if you have Smart Prepaid Home WiFi, it also has available unlimited data promo, the UNLI FAM 1299. This promo costs PHP 1299 and also comes with 30 days of unlimited data allocation. If this is the only option you have, I personally suggest you just apply for a postpaid unlimited fiber (still depends on your usage).
