Apple has announced the MacBook Neo, a new laptop designed to deliver Mac performance at an affordable price.

The MacBook Neo features a 13‑inch Liquid Retina display with sharp resolution, 500 nits brightness, and support for 1 billion colors. Its aluminum body comes in blush, indigo, silver, and citrus with matching Magic Keyboard colors.

Powered by A18 Pro silicon, MacBook Neo is up to 50 percent faster for everyday tasks and up to 3 times faster for AI workloads compared to a bestselling Intel PC. The 5‑core GPU and 16‑core Neural Engine handle graphics, creative apps, and AI features smoothly, and the fanless design ensures silent operation.
It offers up to 16 hours of battery life. For video calls and media, it includes a 1080p FaceTime HD camera, dual microphones, and side-firing speakers with Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos. Connectivity features include two USB-C ports, a headphone jack, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 6.

macOS Tahoe comes with built-in apps like Safari, Messages, and Photos, Apple Intelligence features, and seamless integration with iPhone for Handoff, Universal Clipboard, and easy device transfer.
Apple highlights sustainability efforts. MacBook Neo uses 60 percent recycled materials, including 90 percent recycled aluminum and 100 percent recycled cobalt in the battery. The packaging is 100 percent recyclable.
