ASUS Philippines is helping students, gamers, creators, and young professionals start the new school year with greater confidence through its new ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program, available starting June 8, 2026.
The program strengthens ASUS’ commitment to product quality, warranty protection, and after-sales support, giving customers added peace of mind throughout their device ownership experience.
Under the enhanced 2026 warranty package, ASUS Flagship laptops including ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops now come with a 3-Year International and Local Warranty. ASUS and ROG desktops, as well as ASUS All-in-One PCs, continue to offer a 3-Year Local Warranty.
Meanwhile, Vivobook, Vivobook Go, ASUS Series, ASUS Gaming, TUF Gaming laptops, and ROG Ally handhelds retain their 2-Year International and Local Warranty coverage.
Eligible ASUS and ROG laptops and handhelds also continue to include a 1-Year Local Accidental Damage Protection (ASUS Perfect Warranty), covering accidental customer-induced damage not included under the standard warranty.

ASUS is also introducing several additional service benefits:
- Up to 6X Free Device Cleaning through ASUS Preventive Maintenance, with up to two service claims per year during the warranty period.
- 14-Day Extended Replacement Window, doubling the previous 7-day replacement period.
- Local On-Site Service Upgrade for ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops, allowing eligible customers to receive support without visiting a service center.
The program is backed by ASUS’ extensive service network, including more than 100 authorized service centers across the Philippines and warranty support in over 90 countries worldwide.
The enhanced warranty packages are available for eligible ASUS and ROG products purchased and activated through authorized retailers in the Philippines beginning June 8, 2026.
