Canon Marketing Philippines is rolling out a series of events in Cebu from August 20 to 31, 2025, under the banner “Print Your Way to A+: Canon Printvasion in Cebu.” The initiative is geared toward students, professionals, and entrepreneurs, offering a closer look at how printing technology continues to evolve in both creative and business spaces.
According to Jian Liu, Director for Consumer Information and Imaging at Canon Philippines, Cebu’s strong creative culture and growing business sector make it a fitting venue to show how printers can help balance cost-effectiveness with productivity.
Canon’s Printvasion in Cebu
Here are some of the activities lined up for the two-week event series:
- Campus Tours – The University of Cebu (Aug 20) and UP Cebu (Aug 22) will host hands-on experiences with Canon’s PIXMA and MAXIFY printers.
- Creative Printing Workshop – A workshop scheduled on Aug 21 at Quest Hotel Cebu will highlight different ways printing can be used for business, personal projects, and art.
- TTi Digital Expo 2025 – From Aug 23 to 31 at SM City Cebu, visitors can check out Canon’s latest innovations alongside other tech showcases.
- ACBC 33rd Anniversary – On Aug 29 at Cebu City Sports Club, Canon joins the celebration of the Association of Computer Businesses in Cebu, underlining its link to the local IT community.
Alongside the Printvasion events, Canon is also making some of its printers more budget-friendly through financing options via Home Credit Philippines. Select PIXMA MegaTank and entry-level printers can be availed in installment plans of up to 12 months, while others are available for up to 6 months.
Beyond showing off its technology, Canon says the Printvasion is also about strengthening partnerships with organizations like Thinking Tools, Inc. and the Association of Computer Businesses in Cebu.
