DITO Telecommunity will launch DITO Home UNLIMITED DATA P1490 postpaid plan later this May.

One of our followers received an email from DITO saying they will be launching a postpaid plan that has unlimited data allocation.
The email said that he received that email because he is currently subscribed to the DITO Home Postpaid P990 Plan or the Postpaid P1,490 Plan.
The postpaid plan was named DITO Home UNLIMITED DATA P1490 and will be available later this May. However, there’s no additional information about this postpaid plan at the moment.
But if you also received the email and you want to upgrade your current P990 or P1,490 plan, just reply “Yes, upgrade me to Unli 1490” in that email then the company will process your upgrade once they already launch the plan.
The email noted that if you are currently on Plan P1,490, your monthly billing amount will remain unchanged after the upgrade.
Subscribers of Plan P990 will of course have an increase in their billing amount. Besides, it also said there that you would like to stay on your Plan P990, DITO will also upgrade your plan’s monthly data allocation after the launch.
To recall, Plan P990 only has up to 180GB/month data allocation in the first 3 months and will be 90GB/monthly starting in the 4th month. While Plan P1,490 offers a bigger 300GB/month data allocation for the first 3 months then will turn 150GB/month starting at the 4th month.
If this report is legit, DITO subscribers will be thankful for this unlimited data allocation postpaid plan.
