HONOR Philippines has officially introduced the HONOR Pad X8b, the second generation of its smart tablet lineup.
Built for productivity and entertainment, the new tablet combines a sleek and portable design with a large immersive display, long battery life, reliable hardware, and a quad-speaker system. It follows the earlier HONOR Pad X8a and targets first-time tablet buyers, students, young professionals, and families.

The HONOR Pad X8b features an 11-inch Eye Comfort FullView display with 1920×1200 resolution, 84 percent screen-to-body ratio, and a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals with reduced motion blur.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680, paired with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 610 GPU, delivering efficient performance for multitasking, streaming, and light gaming.
Battery life is a major highlight with a large 10100mAh capacity that supports up to 97 days of standby and 21 hours of online video playback. The tablet also packs a quad-speaker system with Hi-Res Audio certification and smart voice enhancement for clearer vocals and improved listening.
For durability, the device uses a premium metal body that is just 7.25mm thin and weighs 499g. It offers improved structural strength with enhanced drop, crush, and water resistance, and is certified by SGS for both drop and crush resistance.
The tablet also introduces HONOR Kids, a dedicated environment with parental controls, app management, and eye protection features such as blue light filtering, e-book mode, and posture alerts.
On the software side, it runs MagicOS 10.0 based on the latest Android version, bringing AI-powered tools like Gemini for multitasking, app extensions for better landscape viewing, and multi-window support for up to three apps.
