HUAWEI has officially launched the nova Y73 in the Philippines, offering a mix of performance, durability, and smart features for just PHP 9,999. The device is now available nationwide and through major online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

The nova Y73 is powered by a 6,620mAh battery that supports 40W HUAWEI SuperCharge Turbo. The company claims users can get up to five hours of video playback with just 10 minutes of charging. Built with a slim profile and high energy density, the phone reportedly requires charging only twice a week under typical use. It also integrates AI Battery Saving technology and is certified for global battery safety. The battery can function in extreme conditions, including temperatures as low as -20°C.
One of the standout features of the nova Y73 is its structural durability. It is made with aerospace-grade aluminum alloy and designed to resist drops from up to 1.8 meters. The phone has received 5-star SGS certification for drop resistance and is rated IP64 for dust and water protection.
The nova Y73 features a 6.67-inch Eye Comfort Display with a 90Hz refresh rate and has earned an A+ Low Visual Fatigue certification from SGS. It supports adaptive brightness and blue light reduction through AI Eye Comfort Mode. HUAWEI’s Splash Touch technology also enables responsive screen interaction even when the display is wet.
On the software side, the device runs on EMUI 12 and includes 256GB of internal storage. A dedicated X-Button allows users to quickly launch apps or features with customizable press gestures. The phone also includes infrared technology for remote control of compatible home appliances.
