OnePlus is now accepting pre-orders for the OnePlus Nord CE6 in the Philippines, bringing its latest mid-range smartphone to local consumers. The device is available through Digital Walker and is priced at PHP 24,990 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, with pre-orders running until June 21.
The Nord CE6 offers a more competitive battery capacity, display technology, and durability. Among its key highlights are a 7,500 mAh battery, a 144Hz AMOLED display, and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor.
OnePlus Nord CE6 Battery Features
The most notable feature of the Nord CE6 is its 7,500mAh battery, which is larger than what is typically found in many smartphones within the same price category.
To support the larger battery and minimize downtime, OnePlus includes 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging. The device also features Bypass Charging, which allows power to be supplied directly to the phone during gaming sessions rather than continuously charging the battery. This can help reduce heat generation during extended use.
Reverse wired charging is also supported, allowing the device to provide power to compatible accessories or other smartphones when needed.
Display and Performance
At the front is a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz.
The display is rated for up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness and supports 10-bit color as well as DCI-P3 color coverage. OnePlus has also equipped the panel with 3,840Hz PWM dimming, a feature aimed at improving viewing comfort in lower brightness settings.
Powering the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Accompanying this chipset is the OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16, the latest version of OnePlus’ software experience out of the box.
Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and an infrared blaster.
Camera and Durability
For the camera, the Nord CE6 uses a 50MP main rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), along with a 2MP secondary sensor. On the front, the device features a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The smartphone also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, a specification more commonly associated with higher-end devices. Other features include stereo speakers and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
