On February 20, 2025, OPPO launched the OPPO Find N5, the world’s thinnest book-style foldable phone, in Singapore. Measuring 8.93 mm when folded and weighing 229 grams, this ultra-slim design sets a new record in the foldable phone market.

Display and Camera
Starting with the display, Find N5 boasts an 8.12-inch main display with 2480 x 2248 resolution and 2100 nits peak brightness for the inner screen. Its cover screen is 6.62 inches with 2616 x 1140 resolution and 2450 nits peak brightness.
The Find N5’s exceptional durability is one of its key features. As the first foldable phone with an IPX9 rating, it is highly water-resistant and able to withstand water jets in extreme temperatures. OPPO’s Armour Shield architecture, featuring ultra-durable nanocrystal glass and a 7000 series aluminum alloy frame, strengthens its overall build.
Its main/rear camera setup is composed of a 50MP f/1.8 wide-angle camera, a 50MP f/2.7 telephoto lens, and an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide angle camera with up to 4K at 60 fps rear video recording. On the other hand, an 8MP f/2.4 camera is used for both the main and cover screen with up to 4K at 30 fps video recording.
The Powerhouse
The 7-core 4.32GHz 3nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform chip with Adreno 830 GPU powers the vivo Find N5 and runs on ColorOS 15.0.1 based on Android 15.
In terms of battery capacity, it is packed with a 5600 mAh battery with compatible 33W, 50W, 60W, and 80W SUPERVOOC fast-charging, as well as a 50W AIRVOOC fast-charging.
Other specifications include fingerprint and facial recognition biometrics, nine sensors with dual SIM, WiFI 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB-C connectivity. The box includes the phone itself, charger, USB data cable, SIM ejector tool, guides, and a case.
Price and Availability
The OPPO Find N5, priced at SGD 2,499 (around PHP 102.8K), is available in two color options, Cosmic Black and Misty White, for limited pre-orders in Singapore from February 21-27. Stay tuned for updates on its Philippine release!
