    As the era of AI phones officially begins, OPPO accelerates its worldwide AI phone strategic roadmap following its participation in MWC 2024. 

    OPPO made their debut at the Google Cloud Next ’24 conference

    OPPO partners with Google Cloud to explore a new AI Phone experience. OPPO unveiled many AI advancements at the Google Cloud Next ’24 conference, along with a joint announcement with OnePlus to use Google’s powerful Gemini models.

    As a key step in fulfilling the mission of ushering in a new era of AI Phones, OPPO and OnePlus will integrate Google’s Gemini models. This integration will empower various product lines of OPPO and OnePlus to undergo significant upgrades and evolution in AI experiences, thereby reshaping the way global users interact with their smartphones. 

    OPPO and OnePlus have announced a cooperative commitment to offer a series of revolutionary features exploiting the superior capabilities of Google’s Gemini models throughout 2024. These attempts seek to provide the most formidable mobile AI experience, allowing a larger user base to easily accept the new attractiveness of AI Phones.

    OPPO revealed during the event that over ten million people may now use generative AI features on their smartphones, including the OPPO Find X7 Series and the OnePlus 12.  

    In 2024, OPPO and OnePlus will expand their AI features internationally, including the highly recognized OPPO AI Eraser. 

    The OPPO AI Eraser enables users to easily locate and remove objects while smoothly filling in the backdrop with little evidence of post-processing. 

    OPPO’s patented advanced AI recognition and picture filling technology powers this outstanding experience. OPPO AI Eraser can already distinguish over 120 different types of items, including people, dogs, phones, flowers, plants, and buildings. 

    To obtain optimal generation outcomes, OPPO trained its model on billion-level data sets utilizing the industry-leading Diffusion model, resulting in industry-leading AI Eraser performance. 

    AI Eraser will first be available on the Reno 11 Pro, Reno 11, Reno 11 F, Find N3, and Find N3 Flip. 

    OPPO and OnePlus are actively working with Google to incorporate cloud AI technologies into more mobile devices. This strong alliance will provide OPPO and OnePlus devices with even more sophisticated AI capabilities in the future, enabling services such as news article summaries, real-time audio content organization, and innovative social media content development.
