Pay&Go is marking its 11th anniversary with a growing nationwide network of self-service payment kiosks and the expansion of its financial services through its new Cash Out feature.
The company now has around 4,500 kiosk locations across the Philippines, giving Filipinos access to various everyday financial services without relying solely on traditional banking channels.
Expanding Access to Digital Financial Services
Pay&Go kiosks allow customers to perform several transactions, including cashing in, paying bills, purchasing e-load, and accessing other financial services.
With the rollout of its Cash Out feature, Pay&Go is expanding the capabilities of its kiosks beyond payments and cash-in transactions. Customers can now use participating kiosks to convert their digital funds into physical cash, providing another option for managing their money.
The feature is part of the company’s broader push for financial inclusion, particularly for customers who may have limited access to traditional banking services.
Growing Through Partnerships
Pay&Go said its expansion has been made possible through the combined efforts of its employees and partners across the country.
Its network includes partnerships with banks, malls, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, academic institutions, local government offices, telecommunications and service providers, and entertainment platforms.
These partnerships have helped them bring its kiosks to more communities and make everyday financial transactions more accessible.
More Cash Out Kiosks and Services Planned
As Pay&Go enters its 12th year, the company plans to continue expanding its nationwide network while rolling out more Cash Out-enabled machines and introducing additional services and technology.
BTI Payments Philippines CEO Dan Ibarra said the company aims to make everyday transactions more seamless and accessible while supporting local communities through technology.
With 4,500 locations now part of its network, Pay&Go is positioning its kiosks as more than just payment terminals, with its latest Cash Out expansion giving customers another way to move between digital and physical money.
