In an online event, POCO announced three new midrange smartphones consisting of POCO X6, POCO X6 Pro, and POCO M6 Pro.Â
POCO X6 Pro 5G
The POCO X6 Pro boasts the new 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra octa-core 5G chipset with Mali-G615 GPU paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS4.0 internal storage.Â
During the launch, POCO proudly announced that this phone acquired 1,464,228 AnTuTu benchmark scores which is very high for a midrange smartphone. Besides, it will be featuring Xiaomi HyperOS which is claimed to be super smooth compared to other OS.Â
Other than performance, this device also highlights its 6.67-inch CrystalRes 1.5K Flow AMOLED DotDisplay which delivers flagship clarity and lower power usage. Its display also supports 1,800nits max brightness, 120Hz refresh rate, 68 billion colors, Pro HDR, adaptive HDR, Dolby Vision, and Cycle mode.Â
Another display feature that I love personally is the Wet Touch display which improves touch accuracy whether your hands are wet, your screen is moist, or even raindrops. The POCO X6 Pro is also the first POCO device to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner.Â
Moreover, it also boasts a 64MP main camera that supports OIS and EIS for better video footage along with an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro camera, and a 16MP selfie shooter.
As for the battery, this phone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery capacity that supports 67W turbocharging and can charge the battery to 100% in just 44 minutes.

Although this phone has a 64MP main camera with OIS, 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP macro lens, and 16MP selfie shooter, it can only shoot up to 1080p@60fps video but still great for its price.Â
