realme Philippines has officially launched the realme 16T 5G in the country, bringing a massive 8,000mAh battery, a 50MP Sony IMX852 main camera, a 144Hz display, and IP69 Pro-rated durability.
One of the biggest highlights of the realme 16T 5G is its 8,000mAh Titan Battery, which realme claims can provide up to two days of usage on a single charge.
The battery also comes with a 7-Year Battery Health Guarantee, promising to retain at least 80% of its original capacity even after seven years of use.
For charging, the phone supports 45W SUPERVOOC Charging, which can charge the battery from 0% to 50% in around 46 minutes.
The realme 16T 5G also supports wired reverse charging, allowing it to power other compatible devices, as well as bypass charging, which is designed for gaming while the phone is plugged in.
For photography, the realme 16T 5G features a 50MP Sony IMX852 main camera.
The camera system uses realme’s TÜV Rheinland-certified LumaColor IMAGE Algorithm, which is designed to deliver more accurate skin tones while maintaining balanced exposure between the subject and background.
The phone also introduces Vibe Master Mode, giving users a film-camera-inspired look directly from the camera app. Users can shoot using Auto mode or switch to Pro mode for more control, including the ability to capture images in RAW DNG format.
The Vibe Master Mode also allows users to adjust elements such as grain, sharpness, and saturation to customize the look of their photos.
The phone comes with realme’s NEXT AI imaging suite, which includes AI-powered features such as AI Edit Genie 2.0, AI Perfect Shot, AI Eraser, AI Portrait Glow, and AI Instant Clip.
The realme 16T 5G sports a large 6.8-inch display with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, offering smoother scrolling and animations.
The panel can reach up to 1,200 nits of peak brightness, making it suitable for viewing content in brighter environments.
Meanwhile, it is powered by a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor that has Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It comes with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
Durability is another key focus of the phone. The realme 16T 5G comes with an IP69 Pro rating, providing protection against dust, submersion, and high-pressure, high-temperature water jets.
It also features ArmorShell protection and military-grade shock resistance for additional protection against everyday drops and impacts.

The realme 16T 5G is available in Aurora Green and Starlight Black, priced at PHP 22,999 (8GB+128GB) and PHP 24,999 (8GB+256GB).
From August 28, customers can get it for as low as PHP 15,731 through launch offers. Pre-orders from August 28 to September 3 include up to PHP 7,298 worth of freebies and discounts, while First Selling Period purchases from September 4 to 15 come with up to PHP 3,499 worth of offers.
It is also available through Home Credit with 0% interest installment plans for up to 18 months, starting at PHP 37/day.
