The realme C55 is now available in the Philippines, an Android smartphone with an iPhone-like Dynamic Island feature dubbed as Mini Capsule.

realme C55 is one of the latest smartphones today with a price below PHP 10K. It arrives with a 12nm MediaTek Helio G88 octa-core processor with Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. For the first time in the realme C series, a phone has a large up to 8GB/256GB memory configuration. It also runs realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13 out of the box. Besides, this device also supports dynamic RAM expansion of up to 8GB Virtual RAM.
For the camera setup, the realme C55 features a 64MP main shooter and 2MP depth sensor at the back, while an 8MP selfie shooter is at the front. With a 54% bigger sensor and 19.6% larger pixel size than our previous model, it captures more details, higher resolution, and extra pop.
Moreover, there is a 40.4% increase in focus imaging speed for nighttime photos. It also gives a great background blur with its bokeh flare portrait feature. This device also boasts its Dynamic Image Snapshot feature, even while capturing moving scenes or while on the go, it enables you to maintain sharp shots.
realme C55 also has a large 6.72-inch FHD+ LTPS LCD screen that supports a 90Hz refresh rate. One of its unique features among other Android smartphones is the Mini Capsule. Basically, this feature helps you track charging and battery status, data usage, and step tracking. As for the writing, it only supports these three functions but will have additional functions in the coming Over-The-Air updates.
The realme C55 introduces technology and features previously only available in the top-tier GT Series and midrange Number Series to the entry-level C Series.
