realme C63 5G
The realme C63 5G, a new budget-friendly smartphone, is released by realme in India.
With a chipset update, the realme C63 5G model is now available officially in India. This gadget has a MediaTek Dimensity 6300, which is more powerful than its realme C63 4G counterpart that runs on a UNISOC T612. In places with 5G network coverage, Dimensity’s 6300 octa-core CPU and Mali-G57 MC2 graphics will enable the phone to operate applications more smoothly and provide high-speed mobile internet.
The gadget features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and HD+ resolution. It has a peak brightness of 625 nits and a screen-to-body ratio of 89.97%. The 8MP selfie camera is housed in a punch hole located in the top-center portion of the screen.
An HD-only screen will be a disadvantage for users because they won’t be able to enjoy high-resolution video or contents with faster internet connectivity for easier streaming.
Additionally, the realme C63 5G features an enhanced IP64 rating that protects it from dust and water spray coming from any angle. It is powered by Android 14 and runs on realme UI 5.0. The manufacturer guarantees that even with a 48-month fluency certification, the phone should function flawlessly for four years.
It does, however, include a few “downgrades” on paper, such as the 32MP primary camera rather than the 50MP sensor and the absence of quick charging. The 8-megapixel selfie camera and an LED flash are part of the optics. The lens is not disclosed.
A 5,000mAh battery and 4GB or 8GB of RAM (up to 16GB of dynamic RAM) are included in storage variants. realme claims that a single charge of the gadget may support up to 17 hours of video playback.
Additional features include an AI Boost Engine, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and Game Boost, which claims to reduce delays by 5% when playing games. Moreover, it provides 10% better frame rate stability.
Starry Gold and Forest Green are the available color options for the phone. Priced at INR 10,999 (about PHP 7.5K), the basic configuration comes with 4GB/128GB of RAM. Additionally, it is offered with 8GB or 128GB for INR 12,999 (about PHP 8.9K).
