Samsung released its latest Galaxy S22 series including the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy S22 series is now official!
These three flagship smartphones will come with 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 or 4nm Exynos 2200 depending on what region. Both of these processors are very powerful and have similar CPU designs. The Galaxy S22 and S22+ will come with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage.
For the screen, the S22 got the smallest display of 6.1-inch and 6.6-inch for S22+, both have FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel. This supports a 120Hz screen refresh rate and has Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection.
Moreover, both S22 and S22+ will feature a 50MP Dual Pixel main shooter, 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and 10MP telephoto lens. They also come with a decent 10MP Dual Pixel selfie camera.
In terms of battery, the S22 only comes with a smaller 3,700mAh capacity with 25W fast charging support. While the S22+ has a bigger 4,500mAh juice and a higher 45W fast charging.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
Next is the Galaxy S22 Ultra that got a bigger 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display with a higher QHD+ resolution. This phone also supports a 120Hz screen refresh rate and has Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. In addition, Samsung mentioned that it also has this protection at the back of the phone, which makes it more premium. It also includes S Pen similar to the Galaxy Note series.
Furthermore, S22 Ultra has a higher 108MP main shooter, 12MP ultra-wide lens, 10MP 10x telephoto lens, and 10MP 3x telephoto lens. This device also comes with a higher 40MP Dual Pixel selfie camera.
This model will also come with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. Since it is large, it also comes with a larger 5,000mAh battery capacity that supports 45W fast charging technology.
The new Samsung Galaxy S22 series will run OneUI 4 based on Android 12 out of the box. They also feature 4G, 5G, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, in-display fingerprint scanner, facial recognition, and USB Type-C port.
