Smart Communications, Inc. is making its 5G home broadband solution more affordable with a limited-time 40% discount on the Smart 5G Max Home WiFi.
The device is now available for P2,995, down from its regular price of P4,990. The promo runs until November 20, 2026, giving households looking for a high-speed internet connection another option, particularly in areas where fiber connectivity may not yet be available.
Powered by Smart’s nationwide 5G network, the Smart 5G Max Home WiFi can deliver speeds of up to 600Mbps and support up to 40 connected devices simultaneously. The package also includes a Smart SIM with 15 days of free unlimited data.
Unlike traditional fiber broadband, the 5G Max Home WiFi uses 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), eliminating the need for a wired installation. It is designed as a plug-and-play solution, allowing users to simply set up the router, insert the included SIM, and connect their devices.
This makes the device suitable for different home use cases, including working and studying from home, streaming, online gaming, and running a home-based business.
After the included 15-day unlimited data period, users can reload with Smart’s UNLI 1299 offer, which provides unlimited data for all sites and apps for 30 days.
Smart says the demand for 5G connectivity continues to grow in the Philippines. As of the end of June 2026, the number of 5G-capable individual devices on its network had increased by 30% to 12.5 million, representing 21% of individual devices on the network.
The telco also highlighted its recent recognition from Ookla for Best Mobile Video Experience in the Philippines for the first half of 2026, recording a Video Score of 72.82.
The Smart 5G Max Home WiFi is available for P2,995 during the promo period at select Smart Stores and through the Smart Online Store.
