Sony is bringing a new compact powerhouse to the country with the RX1R III, the latest entry in its high-end compact camera series. It’s built for creators who want full-frame image quality without carrying around a bulky setup.

Sony RX1R III Arrives in the Philippines!
The RX1R III comes with a 61-megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor paired with the BIONZ XR image processor and a fixed ZEISS Sonnar T 35mm F2 lens.
Despite the fixed lens, Sony added Step Crop Shooting, which lets users quickly frame shots at 35mm, 50mm, or 70mm equivalents. The lens also supports macro shooting, allowing photographers to get as close as 20 cm to their subjects.
Autofocus has been upgraded too. The camera uses AI-powered Real-time Recognition AF to track humans, animals, and even vehicles with better accuracy.
Other details worth noting include a 2.36M-dot OLED electronic viewfinder, 12 Creative Look modes, USB-C charging, and a magnesium alloy body that keeps the weight down.
