Vertiv Just launched its latest Vertiv Liebert GXE, an online double-conversion single-phase uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with power ratings of 6 and 10 kVA in the tower or rackmount design.

The system’s purpose is to supply dependable power to distributed IT networks and edge computing applications in a variety of industries, including enterprise, government, manufacturing, finance, education, and retail. The device is now available in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand for nations and organizations that use 230V solutions.
In comparison to other models on the market, the Liebert GXE operates at a high efficiency of up to 94% in online mode and up to 98% in ECO mode, resulting in energy and operating expense savings.
With the online double conversion technology and the input surge protection, the high output power factor of 1.0 makes it possible for more connected devices to get consistent and dependable power while also shielding them from many AC mains disruptions.
The versatile rackmount or tower form factor, with rackmount kits provided as standard, improves stock management for distribution in the IT channel and simplifies installation to satisfy multiple micro data center and edge computing needs.
Up to four external battery cabinets (EBC) can be used to increase the unit’s operating time and provide longer backup protection. Hot-swappable VRLA batteries can also be changed by users without the need for trained personnel or the need to shut down the loads, resulting in smoother operations and lower maintenance costs.
Moreover, the Liebert GXE includes an integrated battery management system to extend battery life and recycle batteries, as well as a 4 Amps charger that can quickly recharge batteries up to 90% in under three hours.
The user-friendly LCD color display on the Vertiv Liebert GXE makes it simple and easy to operate. Via the optional Vertiv Liebert Intellislot Unity Communications card and a free download of Vertiv Power Insight software, the device enables remote monitoring capabilities for quick and easy access to IT infrastructure.
