World’s first Wi-Fi 7 5G CPE that reaches 10Gbps!

Wi-Fi 7 devices have been considered as a new trend in the development of mobile smart terminals. Recently, ZTE launches the world’s first Wi-Fi 7 standard 5G CPE product, the new MC888 Flagship.
This MC888 Flagship merges 5G high-speed and Wi-Fi 7 high-concurrency technologies. They also claimed that it can achieve a peak network download speed of up to 10Gbps.Â
The device supports worldwide sub6 and mmWave frequency bands, as well as ZTE’s smart antenna X technology. This technology has the greatest antenna gain in the market, achieving 10dBi. It also has the world’s first auxiliary antenna technology to achieve high-power mmW antenna transmission.
Today, the MC888 Flagship is considered the world’s fastest Wi-Fi 7 solution. It supports 2.4GHz/5GHz/6Hz frequency bands and can reach speeds of up to 19GBps if all three bands are used to their full capability.
Since it is Wi-Fi 7, it features 320MHz bandwidth, multi-link operation (MLO), and 4K QAM. This 4K QAM ensures that 256 users may connect to the Wi-Fi network at a lightning-fast and consistent speed. Wi-Fi 7 also provides greater signal coverage, allowing for more people to connect to the network at the same time.
ZTE also equips this new device with the world’s fastest 10 Gigabit Ethernet port. This can provide a reliable 10 Gigabit connection for computers, 8K video streaming, Smart TVs, and more.
Moreover, ZTE said that the MC888 Flagship was designed to look like a future outer-space rocket from the exterior. They based the top metal ornamental ring’s design on the rocket thrusters. There are also three sets of color-changing LED strips on the router’s sides. Along with this is the futuristic UI interface on the router’s circular touch screen, creating an eye-catching design. This gives consumers the impression that they are utilizing an industry-leading Internet with industry-leading efficiency.
Availability
According to ZTE, this new Wi-Fi 7 MC888 Flagship will come to the market before 2022 ends. However, we may expect better Wi-Fi 7 devices to come to market since this is just the first generation.
