Infinix has officially launched the Infinix HOT 70 in the Philippines after the device recently appeared on local online shopping platforms. The new budget smartphone brings a large 6,000mAh battery, 45W fast charging, a 120Hz display, and up to three Android OS upgrades.
Dynamic Shine Design With IP65 Protection
The Infinix HOT 70 features the company’s Dynamic Shine Design with a reflective finish. It comes in Night Pulse, Dive Blue, Silver Dancer, Green Texture, and Thermo Orange color options.
The Thermo Orange variant uses thermochromic technology that changes color depending on temperature. Infinix also highlights the phone’s SGS Military-Grade Drop Certification and IP65 dust and water resistance rating for added durability.
Up front, the device is equipped with a 6.78-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 700 nits brightness, and houses an 8MP front camera in a punch-hole cutout.
Helio G100 Ultimate and 6,000mAh Battery
Powering the Infinix HOT 70 is the MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate processor paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone comes with 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB options for RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Storage can also be expanded via a microSD card slot.
The device includes a 6,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging and 10W reverse charging.
The device runs Android 16 with XOS 16, with Infinix promising up to three Android OS upgrades and five years of security updates.
50MP Camera and Google AI Perks
For photography, the HOT 70 is equipped with a 50MP main rear camera accompanied by an auxiliary sensor and LED flash. Selfies are handled by an 8MP front camera.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers with DTS audio, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, FM radio, infrared blaster, dual SIM support, and an AI button that can be used to activate Ask Folax and other shortcuts.
Buyers also receive access to select Google AI features with 2TB of cloud storage for three months, along with a complimentary 12-month Viu Premium subscription for a limited time.
