Cherry Mobile is truly innovating, after they released its gamechanger phone, three new upcoming affordable devices have leaked on the Cherry Mobile Community Group. One of their employees posted the specification and images of the Cherry Mobile Aqua S9 Lite, Aqua S9, and Aqua Infinity. But he deleted his post after hours, maybe because it is not yet officially announced by Cherry Mobile. But, we have downloaded the images before the post been deleted.
Cherry Mobile Aqua S9 Lite
The Aqua S9 Lite has an SC9863A Octa-Core processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage expandable up to 128GB, and has a 3000mAh battery.
The phone price is just PHP 3,499 but has a premium iPhone 11 alike design, a 6” TrueView Teardrop Display. It features face unlock, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Unbelievable right? It is truly amazing for its price to have this kind of specs.
For cameras, it has an 8-megapixel + 2-Megapixel dual rear camera and a 5-Megapixel front camera. Anyway, it is already running an Android 10 operating system and has a 4G LTE connectivity.
Cherry Mobile Aqua S9
Next is the Aqua S9, this device also has an SC9863A Octa-Core processor. But with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 6.52” HD+ TrueView Teardrop Display, and a 5000mAh battery with Type-C charging port. Shockingly, its price is just PHP 3,999 yet already has a Type-C port that is mostly found on expensive devices.
Additionally, for its camera, it features a 13-Megapixel main shooter, 5-Megapixel depth sensor, 2-Megapixel monochrome sensor, and 2-Megapixel AI. Although it only has a face unlock for its security, still can be considered worth it for the price.
Cherry Mobile Aqua Infinity
Finally, the Aqua Infinity. This device already features a powerful Helio P60 Octa-core processor, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage that is expandable up to 256GB, 6.52 inches HD+ TrueView Teardrop Display, 4000mAh removable battery with USB Type-C charging, Android 10, 4G LTE connectivity and Face unlock.
It uses a 12-Megapixel main shooter, 20-Megapixel depth sensor, 2-Megapixel monochrome sensor, and 2-Megapixel AI camera. It will bring you decent selfies with its 8-Megapixel front camera. However, the Aqua Infinity is priced at PHP 7,999.
Lastly, these bang for the buck phones will change the smartphone industry here in the Philippines. As we see, Cherry Mobile is bringing back its real goal by producing affordable smartphones that have satisfying performance. So let us support this local brand.
