Kantar, the leading marketing research agency in the Philippines conducted an independent survey about Globe mobile and data services. They conducted this research in November 2020, and have a total of 1,200 respondents in total urban Philippines across regions. It consists of male and female respondents aged 13-65 years-old across the economic class.
According to the result, Globe network services satisfy most of their subscribers. They gave positive feedback on their network experience using broadband and mobile services of the company
Therefore, they got the highest mark in network reliability over the five regional areas with Visayas customers giving the best mark of 94% who are extremely reliable and somewhat reliable. Overall, Globe got a 92% average in the five areas surveyed.

9 out of 10 respondents chose extremely satisfied or somewhat satisfied based on their experiences in regular calls and text. Then, almost 8 out of 10 respondents also satisfied with Globe’s mobile signal reliability and with their social media browsing usage. They also stated that the customers were happy using chat and meeting apps which became the norm due to this pandemic.
The Globe president and CEO Ernest Cu said that the survey results show validates their improvement efforts despite many challenges of the pandemic. Also, the investments they have made are delivering the results the customer wanted. And a network that consistently delivers better connectivity means more satisfied customers, he added.
