My Recommendation
For me, if you have the budget to go with Green Packet Smart Bro then you should choose it right away. It has all the advantages, with carrier aggregation, speed will be better than the other two pocket wifi and with the huge battery for sure it can last all day surfing.
If you are on a budget then should try to checking on Facebook Marketplace or any platform for second-hand pocket wifi to save some cash. You can try to ask a friend also the same as I did.
With that said, only choose Smart bro if you are sure that the Smart signal in your area is good.
If your area is good for Globe, then for me Globe pocket wifi is also okay, just be keep in mind that Globe pocket wifi is not LTE-Advanced and no carrier aggregation. In addition, Globe is also cheaper and has more stock than Smart Bro.

In my area here in Tisa Cebu City, both network are congested and having a carrier aggregation helps a lot since there are multiple towers located. Every speed of each pocket wifi will really depends on the signal strength in your area, so always check first each network before buying one.
