Google introduced a new video editor and enhanced new editing features for its Google Photos application. Last September, they added more robust photo editing features to Google Photos. Recently, they renewed the video editor on this App, to give you additional more control than the usual stabilization, trimming, and rotation. They also enhanced photo editing features that are only exclusively available to Pixel to Google One members.

The upgraded video editor now offers more than 30 controls. Some of the new features allow you to crop, straighten the frame, and adjust the brightness and contrast of your video. This new video editor is perfect to start with if you don’t have yet experience in video editing. However, as of the writing, the updated Google Photos application is only released in iOS. For Android users, expect this new update to roll out in the coming weeks.

Aside from the upgraded video editor, Google also added more premium photo editing features in the Google Photos. This includes the portrait blur and portrait light, color pop features that are formerly available on Pixel devices. And, these new features are now available to Google One members.

Google will roll out these new features to Google One members in the next few days. But it requires a device with 3GB RAM and running an Android 8.0 and above to use these new features.
