Chuwi HiPad Pro 2022 is now official!
To recall, Chuwi released the first HiPad Pro last July 2021 that got a good reputation among users. The latest Chuwi HiPad Pro 2022 is a new mid-range tablet that is perfect for your day-to-day productivity. It now features the 12nm MediaTek Helio G95 octa-core chipset, an upgrade from the Snapdragon 662 of its predecessor.
This chipset has two powerful Arm Cortex-A76 processors plus six Cortex-A55 efficiency-focused processors. Besides, it also features an Arm Mali-G76 MC4 GPU which can give you a better gaming experience.
To boost your productivity, they also put a big 8GB LPDDR4x RAM for smooth multitasking capabilities. They also paired it with large 128GB UFS 2.1 fast internal storage.
Moreover, it still comes with a 10.8-inch IPS display panel with 2.5K resolution and 288PPI pixel density. Its screen also features 97% DCI-P3 color gamut, 4.5mm narrow border, and a punch-hole located on the top-left. That punch-hole carries a 5MP selfie camera, meanwhile, there is an 8MP camera module at the back.
Chuwi also equipped it with a large 7,000mAh battery which is good since it has a higher resolution display. However, they did not reveal the details of its charger, but its predecessor has a 10W charger.
This new tablet also runs the Android 11 Operating System out of the box. According to Chuwi, it also comes with Google Widevine L1 certification for popular streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+.
The HiPad Pro also supports a Bluetooth keyboard and accurate and smooth H7 pressure sensor stylus pen. But the Bluetooth keyboard and stylus are sold separately as optional accessories.
Lastly, for its design, it has a premium-looking body made out of a metal frame. It only has a 7.5mm thickness and weighs 455g. While the available colorways are Neptune Blue and Interstellar Silver.
