The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P is now available in the Philippines. The new handheld camera brings a dual-camera system, upgraded imaging hardware, and a larger gimbal design aimed at content creators, vloggers, and mobile filmmakers.
Dual-Camera System and 4K Recording
One of the biggest upgrades on the Osmo Pocket 4P is its dual-camera setup. It combines a 20mm f/2.0 wide-angle camera with a 1-inch CMOS sensor and a 60mm f/1.8 telephoto camera paired with a 1/1.28-inch CMOS sensor.
The camera supports 3x optical zoom and up to 12x hybrid zoom, giving users more flexibility when capturing subjects at different distances.
For video, the Osmo Pocket 4P can record up to 4K at 240fps for slow-motion footage, while standard recording is available at up to 4K 60fps. HDR video recording is also supported in compatible modes. For photography, the device can capture still images at up to 37MP.
Gimbal, Display, and Battery
The camera is mounted on a 3-axis mechanical gimbal designed to deliver stable footage while shooting on the move.
It features a 2-inch rotatable OLED touchscreen, three built-in microphones, 103GB of internal storage, and a microSD card slot for additional storage.
Powering the device is a 1,545mAh battery rated for up to 210 minutes of use, depending on recording settings. DJI says the battery can charge up to 80 percent in around 18 minutes and reach a full charge in approximately 32 minutes via USB-C fast charging.
Additional Features
The Osmo Pocket 4P also includes ActiveTrack 8.0, Advanced Smart Follow, gesture controls, Wi-Fi connectivity, USB 3.1 support, in-camera timecode, and support for magnetic fill lights.
These features are designed to make the camera more versatile for vlogging, travel content, and everyday video production.
