HP just released their newest 11-inch tablet PC, which includes a rotating 13MP camera, Windows 11, and a quad-core CPU.
HP 11″ is now official!
To recall, HP has introduced the HP 11” back in September 2021, a cheap alternative to its flagship Elite X2 series. This new tablet is also to compete with Microsoft’s Surface Go. As its name suggests, it has an 11-inch display with 2160 x 1440 resolution, 400nits max brightness, and 100% sRGB color space coverage. Besides, this device also supports a stylus pen.
Moreover, the HP 11” carries the 10nm Intel Pentium Silver N6000, a four-core/four-thread processor. Each core runs at a 1.10GHz base frequency and can burst up to 3.30GHz. Meanwhile, it has Intel UHD Graphics for its integrated graphics. Along with the processor, they also put 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of PCIe NVMe internal storage.
In addition, it also comes with a 32.2Wh Lithium-ion Polymer battery with a 30W fast charger. It also has a USB Type-C port for charging and connectivity to other devices. This tablet can give you a decent amount of battery life since the processor only has 6W TDP.
As for its rotating camera, it is a 13MP camera module that you can rotate at up to a 235-degree angle. It is perfect for your video conferences, especially if you want to show something on your desk or what is around you.
Furthermore, this tablet runs Windows 11 Home Edition out of the box. It is also in S mode, which is for security and performance. Just take note that in S mode, you cannot install other apps that are not available in the Microsoft Store.
Price and availability
The new HP 11” tablet is now available on sale at Best Buy for only USD 499 (around PHP 25K). It is also another variant that comes with a detachable keyboard for only USD 599 (around PHP 30.6K). However, HP did not sell a separate keyboard alone, so you need to choose what variant you need. Although, with the additional USD 100, you can already buy a decent third-party Bluetooth keyboard. Besides, there’s no information yet about its local pricing and availability.
