Lenovo has officially unveiled its latest Legion Gen 7 series lineup. This latest series includes 12th-Gen Intel Core CPUs and NVIDIA’s 3000-series GeForce RTX GPUs.
The new Lenovo Legion Gen 7 includes these new models: Legion 7i, Legion Slim 7i, Legion Tower 7i, Legion 5i, and 5i Pro, and IdeaPad Gaming 3i. These gaming laptops come with Windows 11 and FREE Xbox PC Game Pass out of the box. They will also come with Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021 lifetime license for FREE.
Legion 5i and 5i Pro
Starting with the Lenovo Legion 5i, this laptop owns a 15.6-inch QHD IPS display with a 165Hz screen refresh rate. Inside of it are the Intel Core i7-12700H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 with 140W maximum TGP. It also has a Lenovo TrueStrike keyboard with 4-Zone RGB or white backlighting via the Legion Spectrum RGB Lighting system.
For its Pro version, it boasts a bigger 16-inch QHD IPS display with a higher 240Hz adaptive screen refresh rate. Its screen also features a 100% sRGB color gamut, 3ms response time, and supports Dolby Vision.
The Legion 5i Pro also features an Intel Core i7-12700H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070Ti with 150W maximum TGP. This laptop includes a redesigned fan system, a bigger exhaust area, and an enhanced 5x heat pipe structure for cooling. Its Legion Coldfront 4.0 tech also received an upgrade which now offers a noise impression using a noise-insulated chassis.
Legion 7i and 7i Slim
If you want a more competitive gaming experience, you may also check the Legion 7i and 7i Slim. These laptops both features a 16-inch WQHD+ Mini LED display that supports up to 165Hz screen refresh rate. The Legion 7i features the powerful Intel Core i9-12900HX processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080Ti graphics. It also has up to 32GB DDR5 RAM and up to 2TB Gen4 SSD. Besides, it also features Lenovo Legion A.I. Engine 2.0 for maximum performance.
Meanwhile, the 7i Slim has the 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070. This laptop also has up to 24GB DDR5 RAM and a 1TB Gen4 SSD.
Legion Tower 7i
Moreover, there is also the Tower 7i, a desktop gaming rig that comes with very powerful hardware. This rig boasts up to Intel Core i9-12900K processor and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080Ti LHR graphics card. It also has 32GB DDR5 RAM and a large 2TB Gen4 SSD for its storage.
IdeaPad Gaming 3i
In their launch event, Lenovo also announced the IdeaPad Gaming 3i with 15.6-inch and 16-inch variants with 165Hz refresh rate support. It will also come with a 12th-Gen Intel Core i5 or i7 H-series processor. Besides, Lenovo will also pack it with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050Ti or RTX 3060 graphics card.
