Best Outdoor Ad Recognition at 2023 CLIO Sports Awards
As a worldwide partner of FIBA, Smart premiered the MOA Ball just last August 15th, 2023, to boost fan’s energy before to the opening of FIBA World Cup 2023.
This incredible installation, with a measurement of 1.5 meters in diameter inside the ring with 111 meters in circumference, was constructed by 248 amazing workers, including site workers, engineers, safety officers, and designers. The huge ball has been easily visible from airplanes traveling to and from Manila during the international competition.
This definitely did not disappoint, as many of the fans and participants at the FIBA World Cup 2023 thought it was indeed unforgettable as they posted photos and videos of the MOA Ball on their social media accounts.
Smart won the CLIO Sports award in September of last year. Before that, BestAdsOnTV.com, which tracks the greatest advertisements worldwide, recognized Smart for the MOA Ball as the “Best Outdoor Ad.”
Basketball fans have even more reasons to celebrate, as Smart and FIBA have decided to extend their worldwide collaboration through the end of the FIBA Basketball World Cup in Qatar in 2027.
