SSS Branches
SSS’ official address is at SSS (Social Security System) Building East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. But don’t worry, for you can look for SSS branches near you through their branch directory.
Locate their branches through this link, or just simply follow the steps below.
- Go to their official website using this link.
- Scroll down until you reach the bottom.
- There, you will see these. Click the ‘Branch Directory’ (put image)
- Select your region, and you can now see the branches where they are located.
- You will see the branch’s address, contact number, and email address.
If you’re using their mobile app, follow these steps.
- Open the SSS app.
- Click the three lines on the top left.
- Click SSS Branches.
- You can now enter the city or municipality of the branch near you.
Apply for an SS Number
Don’t you have an SS number yet? Skip waiting and the long line by applying for an SS number online.
Get an SS number through their official website and follow the steps below:
- Go to their official website.
- Click ‘Apply for an SS number online’.
- It will appear, ‘No SS Number Yet? Get it here, then click it.
- Click the word ‘here’ on the website.
- Follow the ‘Step-by-Step Guide’ provided by the SSS, then click ‘Start’.
- Fill out the form and submit it.
- Wait for their email on your Gmail account.
- To continue with your application, click the link that was sent to your email.
- Give all the information that is needed.
- To examine your Social Security number and to print the form together with the SS Number Slip and Transaction Number Slip, click the “Generate SS Number” button. The papers mentioned above will also be sent to you as PDF attachments via email.
- For the link to activate your My.SSS account and the list of necessary supporting documents for your SS number, check your email.
- Give the SSS Branch’s E-Center staff the transaction number slip and any supporting documentation.
- After receiving instructions from the E-Center staff, proceed to the UMID Card Enrollment page.
