Need to report a problem with your Globe or TM service? There are several ways to contact Globe, so here are four ways you can reach them for concerns, inquiries, and other service-related issues.

    1. Call Globe’s Hotline

The quickest option may be to call Globe directly.

If you’re using a Globe mobile number, dial 211. TM users can call 808, while customers calling from a landline can dial (02) 7730-1000.

These hotlines can be used for different concerns, including mobile services, promos, load-related issues, as well as issues regarding broadband accounts.

Keep in mind that the hotline uses a self-service system, so you’ll need to follow the prompts and select the option that matches your concern.

    • Globe: 211
    • TM: 808
    • Landline: (02) 7730-1000

    2. Use the GlobeOne App

You can also submit or check your concerns through the GlobeOne app, which puts your Globe services and account information in one place.

To access the help section, open the app and go to:

    Profile > Help Center

From there, you can look for the appropriate support option for your concern.

Depending on the issue, Globe may direct you to another support channel, including its official Facebook page.

    3. Contact Globe Online

If you prefer messaging instead of calling, you can also reach Globe through its official online channels.

Globe’s official Facebook page is another option for sending inquiries and getting assistance. However, keep in mind that most of their support interactions may initially be handled by automated responses or bots.

For the latest official contact channels, it’s best to check Globe’s website before sending any account or service-related information.

    4. Visit a Globe Store

For concerns that are easier to handle in person, you can also visit your nearest Globe Store.

This may be more convenient if you need help with a transaction or service concern that can’t be resolved through the hotline or online support.

You can check Globe’s official store locator to find the nearest branch and its available services before heading out.

Which Globe Contact Method Should You Use?

If you need a quick way to report an issue, calling 211 from a Globe number or 808 from TM is a good place to start.

But for account-related concerns or online assistance, you may use the GlobeOne app or Globe’s official online channels. And if you need face-to-face assistance, visiting a Globe Store may be the best option.
