Buying a Mac or iPad in the Philippines just became more expensive. Apple has updated local pricing for several products after announcing a global hardware price increase driven by rising memory and storage costs. These price increases affect selected Mac, iPad, and Apple TV models.
Mac and iPad Significant Price Increase
Several Mac and iPad models have also received notable price adjustments, with increases ranging from around PHP 5,000 to as much as PHP 30,000 depending on the device and configuration.

Among the biggest increases is the MacBook Neo, whose starting price has climbed from PHP 39,990 to PHP 49,990.
Here are some of the updated starting prices:
- Apple TV 4K: PHP 9,490 → PHP 14,490
- iPad (A16): PHP 24,990 → PHP 32,990
- iPad mini (A17 Pro): PHP 34,990 → PHP 42,990
- iPad Air (M4): PHP 42,990 → PHP 54,990
- iPad Pro (M5): PHP 72,990 → PHP 89,990

- MacBook Air (M5): PHP 78,990 → PHP 89,990
- MacBook Pro (M5): PHP 109,990 → PHP 139,990
Some higher-end configurations of the Mac lineup have also received even larger price increases.
Higher Memory Costs Behind the Price Hike
Apple previously indicated that rising memory and storage prices could eventually affect the cost of its products. The company said increased demand for DRAM and NAND flash memory, driven largely by AI infrastructure and data center expansion, has significantly raised component costs.
Despite the latest adjustments, pricing for the iPhone lineup, Apple Watch, and AirPods remains unchanged in the Philippines at the time of writing.
The updated prices are now reflected across Apple’s product lineup, with additional regional pricing varying depending on the model and configuration.
