HONOR has not yet officially announced this device, but several consistent leaks suggest it could launch soon in China on June 22 before reaching other markets.
So far, the most talked-about detail is its very large battery, which could set it apart from most smartphones in its category.

The biggest highlight of the Honor X80 Pro Max is its rumored 11,000mAh battery, making it the largest battery ever confirmed in a mainstream smartphone that is not built for rugged use.
If this turns out to be accurate, it would be much larger than the usual 5,000mAh to 7,500mAh batteries found in most mid-range phones today. This means the phone could last significantly longer on a single charge, especially for heavy use like gaming, streaming, or long travel days.
Some leaks also mention 90W fast charging and 27W wired reverse charging, which would help reduce charging time despite the large battery size.

On the front, the Honor X80 Pro Max is expected to use a 6.8-inch flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, 10,000 nits brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Inside, the phone is rumored to run on a Snapdragon 6-series processor, specifically rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset, a new mid-range processor that has not been used in any released device yet.
