Another new innovative technology has introduced this year. Xiaomi, a global technology leader, has introduced a very new way of charging – Mi Air Charge Technology. This new technology allows the users to remotely charge their devices without any cables or wireless charging mounting. Xiaomi has transfigured the popular wireless charging with its new modernist technology.
According to Xiaomi, it can charge multiple devices synchronously while you’re gaming, walking around, and even when something’s in the way. This attained this by using Xiaomi’s self-developed air-space charging pile that consist of 5 phase built-in interference antennas. That can accurately detect the location of the device. Besides, a phase control array made out of 144 antennas sends millimeter-wide waves straightforward to the device through beamforming.
Furthermore, Xiaomi has also developed a miniaturized antenna array with a built-in “beacon antenna” and “receiving antenna array” for the device side. The beacon antenna transmits position information with less power consumption. While the antenna array that is composed of 14 antennas receives a millimeter-wave signal it converts it into electric energy.
Also, the Mi Air Charge Technology is only capable of 5W remote charging for a single device. However, it can charge multiple devices at the same time, and no blockage will interrupt or reduce the charging efficiency.
