Fitbit has announced its latest Fitbit Ace 3 fitness band in the Philippines. The Fitbit Ace 3 is intendedly made for kids aged 6 and up to help them develop healthy habits. It features animated clock faces and new accessories that kids will love. Also, it can deliver up to 8 days of battery life and it is water-resistance of up to 50m depth.
As usual fitness band, this features sleep tracking, bedtime reminders, and silent alarms that assist you to have a good sleeping routine. It also encourages kids to have an active lifestyle by setting daily 60 minutes active and also reminds them to take at least 250 steps per hour.
Fitbit Ace 3 features new animated clock faces such as a cat, bunny, and Martian. These clock faces will change when kids achieve their activity goals, this is to motivate them to stay active. Also, alongside features for activity and sleep tracking, kids can choose more than 20 clock faces.
Moreover, it also features Do not disturb and Sleep modes to avoid interruption by notifications while kids are in school or asleep. Speaking of notifications, kids can receive their texts, calls, and email notifications in this smartwatch.
Parents can also monitor the activity and sleep data of their kids with the Fitbit family account. Families can also have virtual badge awards for reaching milestones. This motivates families to have sleep goals and set activities for them to build a healthier lifestyle and behavior.
However, this smartwatch doesn’t include advanced features like a heart rate sensor. But it includes a pedometer that tracks the daily step count set at 10,000. The available colors of the Fitbit Ace 3 are Black/Sport Red and Cosmic Blue/Astro Green.
