After the launch of the new iQOO Z5x, vivo also introduces its T1 5G and T1x 5G, which have 64MP cameras and large batteries.
vivo T1 5G and T1x 5G is now official
First is the cheapest, the vivo T1x 5G, a mid-range smartphone that features a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 900 octa-core processor. Its processor possesses a Mali G58 GPU that can decently drive your graphic-related activity. This phone already equips a faster of up to 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
The vivo T1x 5G only has a dual-rear camera setup comprised of a 64MP main shooter and a 2MP macro lens. Plus, it has an 8MP selfie camera placed in a waterdrop notch screen. Speaking of its screen, this phone highlights a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD screen that supports a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.
Next is the vivo T1 that sports a 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G octa-core processor. Compared to T1x 5G, this phone has a more powerful Adreno 642L GPU for almost flagship graphics performance. Besides, this also has extra memory because it has up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
It also has a larger 6.67-inch FHD+ LCD that also features a 120Hz screen refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. Unlike T1x, this phone already has a punch-hole display. On this punch-hole is a 16MP front camera, while it has a triple-camera setup at the back. This setup consists of a 64MP main shooter, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and 2MP macro lens.
Another highlight of these phones is the battery, both phones carry a large 5,000mAh battery capacity. You can charge these devices with 44W fast charging.
For the design, they have a modern sleek body Black, Purple, or White. They also have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual-SIM, microSD card slot, as well a 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C.
Moreover, this device runs on Origin 1.0 based on Android 11. Both of this phone already supports 5G and 4G LTE connectivity, WiFi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2. Just like the newly popular “Additional RAM” feature these days, both phones already feature Dynamic RAM.
Price and availability
These new smartphones are now available for pre-order in China. The price of the vivo T1x starts at CNY 1,599 (around PHP 12.6K), while T1’s price starts at CNY 2,199 (around PHP 17.4K). However, there’s no information yet if it will be available here in the Philippines.
