Quick Guide: How to Install DITO eSIM on iPhone/Android Phone

Here is how to install DITO eSIM on your iPhone or Android smartphone.

Requirements

Before installing your DITO eSIM, make sure your smartphone supports eSIM.

If your phone already has an active eSIM profile, turn it off first before installing the new one.

On iPhone:
Settings > Cellular > Select your active eSIM > Turn Off This Line

On Android:
Settings > Connections (or Network & Internet) > SIM Manager > Select your active eSIM > Turn Off

Install DITO eSIM on iPhone

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Cellular.
3. Select Add eSIM.
4. Choose Use QR Code.
5. Scan the QR code from the email or the packaging.
6. Click Continue, then click Done.
7. Continue until the end.

Install DITO eSIM on Android

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Connections or Network & Internet.
3. Open SIM Manager.
4. Tap Add eSIM or Add Carrier.
5. Click Set up an eSIM.
6. Scan the QR code from your email or packaging.
7. Click Set Up, then Settings.
8. Click Enable.
