Since the SIM Card Registration law starts last December 27, 2022, our new and old SIM cards are now required to register. In this article, we will guide you on how to register your TM SIM card.Â
To recall, this law, known as the SIM Registration Act or Republic Act No. 11934, was signed by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on October 10, 2022, and aims to prevent and solve crimes involving mobile devices.Â
If current users are unable to register their SIM before the deadline (April 26, 2023), it will likewise be permanently deactivated. Therefore, we encourage you to register your SIM card/s. Â
