    How to Convert Your Physical Smart SIM to eSIM on iPhone/Android

    Here’s a quick guide on how to convert your physical Smart SIM to an eSIM while keeping your existing mobile number.

    Before you begin, make sure your phone supports eSIM, has a stable internet connection, and has an available eSIM slot. It’s also recommended to save any contacts stored on your physical SIM to your phone before you convert to eSIM.

    Step-by-Step: Convert Smart SIM to eSIM on iPhone/Android

    1. Go to my.smart.com.ph
    2. Log in or Register (if you do not have an account).
    3. Tap Prepaid Mobile.
    4. Scroll from right to left, click the 3 dots, and choose Upgrade SIM.
    5. Select Send OTP.
    6. Enter the OTP sent to your number and click Verify.
    7. Under preferred SIM type, choose LTE/5G eSIM.
    8. Enter your valid email address.
    9. Click Verify Now and tap Send OTP.
    10. Enter the OTP sent to your email and click Verify.
    11. Tap Submit and select your preferred Payment Method.
    12. Click Pay Now and pay PHP99.
    13. Tap Download eSIM to this phone and click Yes.
    14. Save the eSIM QR Code sent to your email.
    15. Install your new Smart eSIM.

    Your Smart eSIM is ready to use upon installation.
